Everseen Ltd – Everfest Awards 2020
Everseen Ltd are an international company who are constantly pushing the boundaries in retail to enable a richer customer experience and improved efficiency. Their proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) platform, seenic.ai coupled with their expert systems can see processes in real-time and enable process shaping by influencing human behavior to achieve optimal performance. The technology is a combination of advanced machine learning, computer vision and neural networks driving human-centric AI automation.
Site Inspection
After our initial introduction, we arranged for the client to visit our purpose-built production studio where we then gave them a complete demonstration on all the possibilities we can offer.
The client was initially thinking of holding the event on their own premises but once having seen our studio and its facilities the decision to contract AVCs services was made.
Pre Recording
After coming up with a design for our HD LED wall, we recorded the clients in-house using 3 cameras along with presenter notes which were available to the speakers on preview monitors. Throughout the day the client had use of our boardroom in which they were able to plan and produce various aspects of their event. They also had full use of our canteen facilities and outside catering options.
We decided to pre record the event in one day, post edit the footage the next day, and stream the recorded event on the third day.
Post Production
After liaising with the client, the decision was made as to the layout of the video where each clip/graphic would be a position in the video. For example, for each awardee we inserted a short cameo clip from famous global celebrities wishing the company and the each awardee their best wishes on their award.
Live Stream
With the pre recorded video finalised we were ready to live stream. The stream went out at the clients given time and to multiple platforms simultaneously.
